toilet cleaner

Yes, Kit & Kin toilet cleaner is made with a plant-based, non-toxic formula. It contains no chlorine bleach, phosphates, artificial fragrances, or harsh chemical ingredients. So you’ll get powerful cleaning performance that removes stains and bacteria while keeping your home safe for your family.

Our Kit & Kin toilet cleaner is formulated to be used in busy family homes with little ones and furry friends,  so you can keep a hygienic bathroom without worrying about harmful chemicals. The plant-based ingredients provide effective cleaning while keeping your household environment gentle and safe.

As with any cleaning product, we recommend keeping babies, children and pets away from the area while cleaning is taking place, and allowing surfaces to dry before they return. This helps ensure the products are used safely and as intended.

Yes, our toilet cleaner bottles are 100% recyclable and made from 50% rPET and 50% PCR plastic. Refills can be used to top up bottles multiple times, supporting sustainable kitchen practices. You can return empty pouches to us for recycling or reuse by contacting chat@kitandkin.com once you have at least 10.

Kit & Kin refillable bottles and cleaning refill pouches are designed to make your routine easy, planet-conscious and low-waste. Simply pour the plant-based, non-toxic cleaning product from your refill pouch into your original bottle and reuse it. Each refill pouch contains the same formula as the original product, so you get the same family-safe cleaning power without the harsh chemicals, while reducing plastic waste.

The toilet cleaner is suitable for all standard toilet bowls and cisterns. Avoid contact with natural stone or delicate surfaces. Always follow the instructions on the label to ensure safe and effective use.

Apply the toilet cleaner under the rim and around the bowl, leave for a few minutes to dissolve stains and limescale, then scrub lightly and flush. For tough stains, repeat the process or leave for a slightly longer time before scrubbing.

Yes, our Kit & Kin toilet cleaner is lightly fragranced with pine and cedarwood, using essential natural oils. The scent is subtle and fresh, without artificial perfumes, making it suitable for those with allergies, or those looking for a more natural cleaning product.
