• What is a Kit & Kin Brand Ambassador?

  A Kit & Kin Brand Ambassador recommends our products to their friends, followers or clients using a custom URL, earning commission on any first order placed. Our brand ambassadors are passionate about telling the story of our brand and our products, and have a way of sharing the Kit & Kin website with potential customers, whether that’s via social media or a website.

• Who can apply?

  Anybody can apply to become a brand ambassador, but we’re looking for people and businesses who have access to an audience of parents and families who might be interested in our products. Perhaps you’re an influencer, a nursery manager, or maybe you run a baby group or a family-friendly cafe.

• Do I have to be a parent to be a Brand Ambassador?

  You don’t have to be a parent yourself to be a brand ambassador, but it would be great if you have experience of using our products. You could be a business whose customers are mainly families with young children, such as a childminder or nursery, or even a proud grandparent with a like-minded following on social media!

• How do I apply?

  We use a platform called Awin to power our brand ambassador programme, and it’s really easy to use. Simply create an account here, search for Kit & Kin, then click ‘join programme’. Awin will then send us your application, which we’ll need to review and approve.

• What is Awin?

  Awin is an affiliate platform that makes it easy for businesses and influencers to partner with brands and earn commission. Once you’ve created an account and applied to our programme, you can use Awin to track your orders and commission.

• How am I rewarded?

  You’ll earn 10% every time a new customer places their first order via your custom URL.
  
  For example - if you share your URL and code with someone and they place an order for £40, you’ll earn £4 commission.

• How do you pay commission?

  You’ll receive payment from Awin, via BACS. All you need to do is enter your payment details into your Awin account.

• How often do I get paid?

  Awin pays commission out on the 1st and 15th of every month. You can also choose to be paid monthly, in which case you will be paid on the 15th of the month.

• How long after I submit my application will I get a response?

  You should hear from us within 7 working days of submitting your application.

• What am I expected to do as a brand ambassador?

  As a brand ambassador, we expect you to be passionate about telling your followers, friends or customers all about our products, whether that’s via online content on social media or a website. If you use social media, then regularly sharing images or video content of our products in action is a fantastic way to spread the word, and makes it really easy to share your custom URL with potential new customers.
  
  There’s no minimum requirement - but of course, the more you share about our brand, the more you’ll earn!
